This test is not a traditional dog/cat allergy test or DNA testing kit. Unlike traditional pet allergy testing, our test uses Biofeedback technology with hair and saliva samples to identify intolerances and sensitivities. The system is based on over 300 food and environmental factors. With diet change and sometimes a few added supplements, you can help your pets live their best lives.

We understand that your pet may be experiencing extreme symptoms, so we do our best to get the results to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot process your kit without a signed copy of the paperwork (if you have a barcode please disregard, you do not need to sign anything.)
This scan also works for Cats! Simply check Dog or Cat when you register your kit. We’ll take it from there.

Please Note: Expedited scans take up to 3 business days and Standard scans up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive samples. Results are sent via email, so a clear email address must be provided. We highly recommend adding our email addressto your contacts, so that it doesn’t land in your Spam box.
