The PetSafe Chuckle is a treat dispensing rubber dog toy with a fun noise maker inside. The patented Treat Meters randomly dispense treats from either end. If you would like treats to come out faster, you can use scissors to trim the Treat Meter prongs. Once the prongs are cut, there’s no going back, so we recommend trimming only a little at a time and then testing.
