• Book an Appointment: Schedule in advance to guarantee a reserved Spot Wash room. Click the green box above, select “Continue,” and follow the prompts to choose your day and time.

• Walk-Ins: Our second Spot Wash room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis during business hours. If the room is in use, a team member can take your mobile number and text you when it’s ready. We’ll hold the room for 10 minutes after notifying you.

• Monday – Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM

• Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM
  r The last wash appointment begins 1 hour before closing.

Appointment Guidelines:

• Duration: 45 minutes, starting at the top of each hour.

r

• Need More Time? Book consecutive appointments ($25 per slot).

r

• Multiple Dogs? Book back-to-back appointments (no multi-dog discounts).

r

• Late Arrivals: Appointments end 45 minutes past the hour; additional time cannot be provided.

r

• Cancellations: Cancel at least 2 hours in advance for a refund. Reply to your order confirmation email for assistance (refunds may take up to 10 days).

• $25 per dog (regardless of size, coat type, or condition).

• 45-minute limit per wash session.

Rules & Policies:

• Leashes or Carriers: Keep your dog leashed, in a carrier, or held in your arms at all times.

r

• Supervision: You are responsible for supervising your dog.

r

• No Fleas or Ticks: Inform staff immediately if you notice any.

r

• No Skunked Dogs: Use the at-home remedy below before visiting.

r

• No Grooming: Trimming of fur or nails is not allowed.

r

• Behavior: Disruptive or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave and reschedule for off-peak hours.

r

• Accidents: Let a team member know if your dog has an accident so we can assist with cleanup.

At-Home Skunk Remedy

Prepare this solution fresh before application:

• Ingredients:rr
  r
  • 1 quart 3% Hydrogen Peroxide

  r

  • ¼ cup Baking Soda

  r

  • 1-2 teaspoons Liquid Soap

  r

  r

Instructions:

1. Do not wet your dog before applying the mixture.

r

2. Apply the mixture to the dry coat, starting at the collar and working toward the tail. Avoid eyes.

r

3. Let sit for 5 minutes or until the odor is gone.

r

4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

r

5. Repeat if necessary (up to 3 times).

r

6. Dispose of leftover solution immediately—never store it, as pressure can cause containers to burst.
